What’s new in my world

Things have been shifting and changing in my world so quickly and miraculously.  I could not have imagined in January and I would be where I am now.  And it is still a work in progress 🙂

In May of this year, I became a Certified Hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner.  Woo-hooo!  More tools to add to my tool belt 🙂

Around the same time, I also discovered my love for drawing abstract pictures and for painting.  It has been such joy to explore it 🙂  And some say, I am pretty good.  I just do it for fun!

Then I started playing with my love of photography and discovered one of my no-longer-hidden talents: seeing the essence of the person in front of me and seeing their unique beauty, even when they cannot see it at the moment.  And being able to bring it to the picture.  This gift has blossomed in Costa Rica, during a class I attended in the beginning of August where I have over 10 private photography/energy clearing sessions with amazing people.  It was so much fun and I got paid for it.  I had fun on the job!  How does it get any better than this?!  Talk about the joy of business! (Thank you Gary Douglas and Simone Milasas)

As I continued to explore the possibilities, 2 weeks ago I attended the class called The Symphony of possibilities (SOP)  with Dr. Dain Heer.  Wow!!!!! What a world changer.  What a gift!!!!!! I am so grateful beyond words for Dr. Dain Heer and for all of my amazing and talented classmates.  I have seen such miracles and changes in my life in just 2 short weeks.  During that class, I also created and held my very first “Lights, Camera, Where did you go?” class.  It was so much fun and I loved facilitating people with a camera.  There was so much laughter and transformation in that class, and don’t forget pictures 🙂    During the SOP class, I was also learned to tap into and work with my own energy and the gift/transformation that it can be when I facilitate my clients.  Since coming back from this class, my private sessions have been more potent, more fun and just more of what else is possible.  I continue to ask more questions and create, create, create.

So, as I look to the last few month of 2013, I am excited and alive, happy and full of wonder and possibilities.  I wonder, would you like to come and play in this realm of infinite possibilities and unlimited joy?   Come and join me, or not.  Whatever you choose, I invite you to create YOUR life, a life of JOY, and live of choices that honor YOU.

What contribution can I be to you today?

In gratitude for each in everyone of you!

Marina

News worthy-a gift for you

This weekend I completed a professional hypnotherapy course.  It was a lot of fun, and tons of great info to even better help my clients.  I am so blessed and happy to be doing the work I do.  Every day, I ask myself: How did I get so lucky to do the work I absolutely love?  How does it get any better?

My birthday is this week and to celebrate it, I am giving away 4 (FREE) hypnotherapy sessions in the month of May.  Have you ever wanted to try hypnosis but never got to doing it?  What is now the time?

For details email me directly at mmosina@aol.com and may all of life come to you with ease and joy and glory.

In gratitude for you,

Marina

How does it get any better than this?

Today I had a phenomenal time sharing tools of Access Consciousness with members of Alternative Health Care Providers in Long Beach. During our conversation we talked about using questions in order to create different possibilities. Allow me to share some our discussion with you.

What questions can we ask? There are so many. We can begin with: What else is possible? Or How does it get any better than this? or even “What question can I ask here?”

So next time something awesome happens in your life, would you be willing to ask: How does it get any better than this? Similarly, if you are dealing with a difficult issue, or something comes at you unexpectedly, use the same question again. The idea behind it is to get out of the conclusion and decision and invite something new into your life.

How would that look like practically, you ask. Let’s take traffic, for example. You are driving along and all of a sudden the traffic on the freeway just stops. We now have several options: “Not again!” is one of them. “I can’t believe this!!!!!”. “I will be late!” “This is crazy!” or “I hate traffic”. Does that sound familiar? I know I have said something similar a few times in my life. However, now I offer you a different choice. “What else is possible here?” “How does it get any better than this?” “What would it take to make it to my appointment on time?”

So next time you are faced with a choice, I invite you to pause for just a minute and choose from joy. What would you like to create in your life? What else is possible?

Thanks for visiting,
Marina

Conscious eating

Have you ever stopped for just a moment and asked yourself if you were hungry right before you ate?

For example, you are out with friends who are ordering food and you find yourself ordering a meal, even though you ate just before coming out? Or when you are at work and lunch time comes around, do you automatically go to eat lunch because everyone around you does?

What if in that moment, right before you are about to go on autopilot, you could ask yourself: Do I really require any food right now? Body, are you hungry? And if your body tells you that it is hungry, ask your body is it likes the feeling of hunger. What is the worst that could happen? You can always go eat.

This is something I have been playing with lately and I find that I am not eating nearly as much as I used to. I go into the kitchen thinking that I should eat something, ask my body and leave without consuming anything or just drink water. What if we could honor our body by not making it eat when it was not hungry? How would that change your life and living?

Till next time and thanks for playing.

A point of view

In both Course in Miracles and Access, I have been learning that nothing happens to me and that I create everything I see around me. Gary Douglas says it this way:”Your point of view creates your reality, your reality does not create your point of view.” In the Course we learn that there is no power outside of us.

So what exactly does that mean for you and me? Well, if your life has not been great up to this day, you are the one creating it. This is actually great news because now you have the power to change it. So ask yourself: What is not working in my life anymore? What would it take for _______ to change? It also mean that if you everything is working for and in your life, you have also been creating that. So how does it get event better?

Case and point: I was at the friend’s house recently and she has an older cat who is the boss of the house. Then I had other friends come in with 2 young puppies who were very energetic and a little nervous in the new environment (at least according to the owners). When the cat and the dogs met it was a little tense and the dogs started to run after the cat and the cat ran away. Cat’s mom became nervous and unhappy about the situation and asked that the dogs be kept outside in their crate. Well, as the day went on and she stepped away, the dogs seemed to relax and chill out and the cat came out and started hanging out with our group. We were running bars that day and the cat lay on top of the person on one table and the dogs were atop a person on the other table. All of the people and animals were totally blissed out.

So what is the point of the story, you ask. The point is that cat’s owner had a point of view about a cat being intimidated by the dogs and the cat was (in the beginning). The dog owner had a point of view about how the puppies will behave and they did exactly what was expected of them. I chose to have a point of view that the dogs and the cat would be just fine together and I got to experience what I chose. We always get to experience what we believe in.

So next time you are about to go into a conclusion or a judgment about something before it even happens, just remember: It is your point of view that creates your reality, not the other way around.

For instance: What is your point of view about traffic on the 405 at 5 pm? And how is that working out for you?
Would you like to make a different choice?

You are always at choice. Choose what works for you.

And if you forgot how to choose for you, call me and I’ll help you remember 🙂
Love, Marina
